Thank you for your interest in Loyola Senior High School.
Loyola has proudly served the students and families of the greater Mount Druitt area for over 25 years as part of a Catholic community of schools.
Over that period, Loyola has specialised in senior secondary education (Years 11 and 12) with students coming from the two feeder 7-10 Catholic high schools and other schools in the area.
Catholic Education Diocese of Parramatta (CEDP) has recently announced changes to the model of high school provision in the Mount Druitt area. These changes will mean that students will now be able to complete their senior secondary education at their current schools, with both St Agnes and St Clare’s Catholic High Schools becoming Year 7 to 12 schools.
Loyola will continue to enrol students into the Catholic Trade Training Centre, but the 2018 Year 11 cohort will be the final intake of students seeking a traditional HSC pathway.
Loyola in its current form be renewed to provide even more access to high quality enterprise skills and vocational education and training. Loyola’s focus will continue to be on providing lifelong development of our students, supported by our commitment to pastoral care, community service, a broad curriculum, a fully equipped trade training centre and facilities and programs and opportunities that develop and extend students’ skills and talents. Our goal is to develop young men and women of compassion, courage and integrity who are well prepared for the world that awaits them.
